USA BD Shipping aims to ensure customer satisfaction. This Return Policy explains the conditions under which returns, replacements, or refunds may be accepted for products sold through our eCommerce platform.


Eligibility for Returns

1. Local Bangladesh Orders

Returns are accepted if:

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

  • The product is unused, unworn, and undamaged

  • Original packaging, tags, and accessories are intact

  • Proof of purchase is provided


2. Imported Products (USA to Bangladesh)

Imported items are non-returnable except in the following cases:

  • The item was damaged during transit

  • The item received is defective

  • The item is incorrect or missing

All claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Imported items (unless eligible under the conditions above)

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or negligence

  • Perishable goods

  • Clearance or discounted items (unless defective)

  • Items without original packaging or proof of purchase


Return Process

  1. Contact USA BD Shipping customer support within the applicable return period

  2. Provide order details and clear photo/video evidence (if applicable)

  3. Wait for return authorization approval

  4. Ship the item back as instructed (unauthorized returns will not be accepted)


Return Shipping Costs

  • For approved local returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • For approved imported item claims, return shipping may not be required; resolution will be determined on a case-by-case basis


Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued only after returned items pass inspection

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping charges, customs duties, VAT, and handling fees are non-refundable


Replacements

  • Replacements may be offered for defective, damaged, or incorrect items

  • Replacement availability depends on stock and supplier confirmation


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  • Check with your bank or payment provider

  • Processing times may vary depending on the payment method

  • Contact customer support if delays exceed standard timelines


Customs & Import Disclaimer

USA BD Shipping is not responsible for:

  • Customs delays

  • Import duty disputes

  • Regulatory actions affecting imported goods

Such matters are beyond our control and do not qualify for refunds.


Force Majeure

Returns and refunds are not applicable for delays or losses caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, customs actions, strikes, or transportation disruptions.
